Head Coach Brandon
Owner and founder of Trench Work Elite, Coach Brandon has extensive years of playing offensive line. His experience and use of technique will help our offensive line take their blocking to the next level.
Assistant D-Line Coach Xavier
Current Sacramento State Defensive End, Coach Xavier brings current game time experience to our team. He brings the ability to show our athletes how to set up a pass rush and get to the quarterback off the edge.
Assistant D-Line Coach PJ
Coach PJ is a former draft pick from Sacramento, CA where he played for the Detroit Lions, Raiders, Cardinals and the Chargers. He attended the University of Arizona where he was a dominant force on the Defensive Line. He is a firm believer in working a move off in the interior.
Assistant O-Line Coach Kenndel
A current Sacramento State Offensive Linemen, Coach Kenndel will bring physicality to the offensive line. Putting strong hands and moving linemen where he wants to go is his speciality.

O-Line/D-Line Training
We specialize in O-Line and D-Line technique training. We work handwork, footwork and proper technique to tackle many situations that can develop in a game.
Strength/Agility
Our strength and agility programs focus on functional strength to allow the athlete to move while still putting on muscle. Mobility and stretching combined with various plyometrics keep our athlete loose and explosive.
5v5 Linemen Team
TWE has created a 5v5 team to bring exposure and more competition to the Sacramento Area. We want to teach athletes proper technique while bringing physicality to every competition.
College Training
Our college sessions focus on taking our athletes to the next level during their offseason. We work on weaknesses seen throughout the season. While combining strength, agility, injury prevention and mobility, here at TWE we are committed to return you back to your team a better player after the offseason.
