Our strength and agility programs focus on functional strength to allow the athlete to move while still putting on muscle. Mobility and stretching combined with various plyometrics keep our athlete loose and explosive.
TWE has created a 5v5 team to bring exposure and more competition to the Sacramento Area. We want to teach athletes proper technique while bringing physicality to every competition.
Our college sessions focus on taking our athletes to the next level during their offseason. We work on weaknesses seen throughout the season.
