Coach Brandon Weldon
Brandon Weldon, a first year coach with extensive experience in Linemen play, using what he has learned over the years to help young linemen excel.
He started his collegiate career in 2017 at Sacramento State University. Playing all five positions on the offensive line, his technique and understanding of line play helped him reach the next level. In 2021 he received Second Team All Conference and in 2022 he was a Preseason All Conference Selection, First Team All Conference and Second Team All American.
Following his Senior Season and NFL Pro Day in 2023, Brandon signed with the Calgary Stampeders in the CFL.
Coach Dan Jameson
Dan Jameson, has been a veteran in the training world working with numerous professional, athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA and MMA as well as college and high school athletes.
Coach Dan focuses on sports-specific performance, helping athletes develop strength, speed, explosiveness and overall athletic ability. His background in sports nutrition and strength and conditioning has backed the "blueprint" he has worked on to create detailed plans for each athlete that works with him.

Offseason O-Line/D-Line Training
We specialize in O-Line and D-Line technique training. We work handwork, footwork and proper technique to tackle many situations that can develop in a game. With multiple sessions a day we focus on positive reps for all age groups.
We focus on field work sessions that work the complete game of run and pass on both sides of the ball.
Strength/Agility
Our strength and agility programs focus on functional strength to allow the athlete to move while still putting on muscle. Mobility and stretching combined with various plyometrics keep our athlete loose and explosive.
5v5 Linemen Team
TWE has created a 5v5 team to bring exposure and more competition to the Sacramento Area. We want to teach athletes proper technique while bringing physicality to every competition. We work with middle school athletes through high schoolers and tour around the country competing in numerous competitions.
College Visits
At TrenchWork Elite we want our athletes to have the opportunity to tour numerous colleges around the country. We put coaches on radar of the talent around Northern California. Connecting with several Division 1 colleges allows our student athletes to see that going to college is a possibility.
